I understand that if given an assignment, my pay starts when I report to Exact Staff's customer and I will be paid for hours actually worked. I understand that on some jobs, Exact Staff's customers may offer me regular full-time employment. I also understand that Exact Staff has agreements with its customers which generally provide that Exact Staff employees must be placed with the customer for a minimum of 520 consecutive hours before the customer can offer regular full-time employment to the Exact Staff employee. Should I be offered full-time employment by any Exact Staff customer, I agree to immediately notify Exact Staff.
